On Each Other's Team

Today's lookbook is a special edition featuring the work of Bradley Crump! Brad was gracious enough to venture out to a Norfolk parking garage on a gloomy and cold Friday afternoon with us and take our pictures. He also witnessed the dynamic duo (Kayci and I) in action. We locked the keys inside the car and had to wait for Triple A, so that was fun. Luckily the two of us aren't hard to entertain; all we need is a camera and some outfits to make us happy. 

We had been planning this shoot for a while. It all started with some inspiration that Kayci got from a sales associate at American Apparel who was wearing their cute running shorts paired with socks and some Chucks. After some thrifting and brainstorming, we put the outfits together in way that made a statement but wasn't too literal. We have started to see this sporty trend in stores this season so we figured we would try it out ourselves. I think our favorite parts of the outfit were our snapbacks that a friend let us borrow. We love any outfit with an androgynous twist! If you cannot get enough of this look, many online shops such as Asos sell oversized jersey T-shirts. Also, do not be afraid of making a pair of activewear shorts your staple piece and building a dope outfit around them.
