Being a Virginia Beach girl, I am eternally unprepared for snow. With snow in the forecast, I, of course, frantically picked out a thin little dress and some healed booties from Tobi. For those who don't know, heels plus Richmond streets and ICE is almost always a death sentence. Luckily, despite my inappropriate outfit, the gift of bundling and layers saved me today. I chose this soft little beanie from Forever 21, paired with a matching scarf, to trap in the heat. This dress from Need Supply Co. is one of my favorites because it is appropriate for both casual and professional occasions, with the help of some selective styling. My upper body was warm due to the layering of my pattered sweater and heavy pea coat, but the same can't be said for my frozen legs! Where is Spring?!
