Bohemian River City

Hey followers- long time, no talk!

Sorry you haven't heard from us in a while, but we have been busy with school exams and projects. Not to mention, we have also been asked to be badged RVA Fashion Week bloggers! The two of us are really excited about what we have in store for you guys- more blogposts will follow later.

The trees in Richmond are in full bloom and look so beautiful that we decided to use them as inspiration for this blog post. We ventured down to Maymont Park and explored until we found this cute row of trees in full bloom. We had dressed in what we consider a "bohemian chic" look. This look is easy to pull off with some simple accessories and a happy attitude!
Ali is wearing a subtle color combination consisting of neutrals and creams. It is easy to make a look boho and flirty with a maxi skirt as your staple item. She paired the maxi with a looser, lacey shirt on top and some delicate accessories. It is difficult to see it in the pictures, but she also wore a simple but trendy body chain to give the outfit more flair and dimension. Kayci, on the other hand, went with a darker color pattern but was still able to pull off the boho look. She recently bought the cutest pair of gladiator sandals from Lola Shoetique and this was the perfect lookbook to showcase them. A classic bohemian item, the kimono, completed her boho chic look.

We hope you like our take on spring and boho; stay tuned for more news about our activities with RVA Fashion Week!
